Legal Question in Employment Law in India

If someone started a company with similar objective during employment then its illegal if no contract is exists between the employer and the employee.

Also no appointment or Offer letter was given at the time of joining.

Dear Sir / Madam,

You can safely take it from me that without an Offer Letter or an Appointment Letter, the Company is also not going to pay you a penny for whatever work you do in the Company, simply because without proper authenticated documentation, you do not have any locus standi.in the Company.
