Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I am a student of marine sector.. As there are very less jobs people give money to agents for getting a job in ship. I too have given money to someone an amount of 2 lakhs. He was my batchmate in my college. He said he has contacts with many agents and will provide me with a job. But still now nothing happened. I asked him to return my money and everyday he is giving me a new date and is not returning my money by that day also.i have all receipts of the money he took from me. He has taken money from.7 of my batch mates. Please help me how can I get my money back on what laws or do I need to complain against him in police.

You will have to report your batch mate to the local Police to get your money back.
