Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I am sunil pawar working with Thomas cook since 97, have been asked to resign, due to recession. This started in November 2012 , when HRD called & asked me to resign by 31 may 2013, however. Later was told things have resolved and I can continue , all of sudden again I have been asked now again to resign & 31st December would be my last day, please note my salary &bonus for last year are not given. My current designation is assistant manager

what do want to know sunil ji ?? You can claim your salaries and dues for the work done by you.
