Legal Question in Employment Law in India
can any telecom operator in india sack any employee without any reason? after mentally harassing for about 18 months, and without any reason sacked employee in retaliation as employee refused to do any wrong work in company. what legal action can any employee take action against employer? Company growing in good rate.as per supreme court latest judgement, employer can not use hire and fire policy.
