Legal Question in Employment Law in India

I was terminated from my job because I behaved inappropriately after getting drunk at the office party. Allegedly I was miss behaving girls. My argument was that I was drunk, My actions deserve another chance. On top of that they cannot have alcohol party without bouncers or security. If was behaving inappropriately I should have been escorted out of the party not from the employment. I need help please advice.

You may retain a lawyer who will send a legal notice to your employer stating that you cannot be terminated on this ground alone rather an FIR should be lodged against you not the termination of your employment
