Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I am a tet qualified teacher in bihar the gov. has employed us as contract teacher but no any agreement regarding service conditions .For payscale i can go to court or not.

Dear Sir / Madam,
It is better that you first pursue the Principal to issue you an Appointment Letter detailing the Pay Scale and other terms and conditions of service. Court action is not recommended at this stage.
