Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Thankyou Prashant Sir for your reply. The problem is this thing only i am very very desperate to join PSU but my current employer will give me releiving only after 20 days when my 2 months of notice period is over.
Bank has sent me joining letter some 4-5 days back only and they have given me date of joining which is immediate.
So i need to know options which can enable me to join PSU. Thankyou sir & pls reply immediately as my DOJ is tomorrow only. Again thanks.

Dear Sir / Madam,
If your old employer is acting adamant and they are not relieving you, just send them a cheque for the remaining 20 days notice pay (basic salary), and join the PSU tomorrow. The new employer is more important and valuable to you, than looking at the old employer with emotions, feelings and sentiments attached. If your old employer was so good and considerate, they would have ensured that you never looked for a new job.
