Legal Question in Employment Law in India
if thry refuse to give me my dues & releiving letter do i reserve the right to get the same by legal way or it is upto the company decision to return my dues and give me relieving and experience letter.

Dear Sir / Madam,
YES, you have the inherent right to sue the Company for your rightful claim and dues, since it is not left to the Company's discretion or decision whether they wish to settle your dues and your employment / service certificate.
