Today a reputed private company demanded one lakh rupees (backdoor ) from me for a job. Now a days it has become quite common among MNCs.
1. To whom can I complain?
2. Do private firms come under ACB?

You can complain to the Anti Corruption Bureau since private firms also come under their purview.

you can labour commission and fir as cheat in police station for demanding
