Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Can an unregistered educational institute file a case against its employees for absconding? Or, if its registered what are the chances?

Dear Sir / Madam,
Any party or person who has been aggrieved, cheated or deceived can legally file an absconding case if the accused is missing and not traceable.
