Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I wanted help on how to reject an Internship offer. One firm is into Legal services/consulting and they had mailed me the confirmation E-mail and I had replied them "Confirmed" because they had asked for acceptance from me.
I don't want to do Internship in their firm because I have better offers in hand and hence I wanted an opinion from you that how should I tell them that I am not going to join their firm from 1st June 2016.
Some key notes:
1. Stipend was to be paid at the end of two months

Dear Sir / Madam,
I see nothing wrong in thanking the establishment for having given you an offer and intimating your rejection to the intimation offer despite having accepted it in principle earlier, stating the fact that you have secured a better offer.
Regards,
1) Since u hv not yet joined though accepted offer, u may decline under changed circumstances.
2) Ensure that nothing need be paid in breach of contract.
