Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I want to ask whther its possible for an individual indian resident to be offshore employee of a foriegn company , to work from india , not as part of indian company , but as an direct offshore employee for an abroad country , will it be treated as regular job in india , how the tax etc will apply to this

Dear Sir / Madam,
Income earned by a resident Indian citizen in India will be treated as employment in India, and the salary thus earned, whether credited in India or overseas, is liable to Income Tax in India.
