Legal Question in Employment Law in India
We( My wife and me) are working with PSU(Bank). We have approached and represented to our top management for posting at single location for both of us with mail and written application also. But top management has taken no action from last two years for posting at single location. Even banks have no clear guideline for that. Even our employer is not following guideline of Ministry of personnel & public greviance, pension. what steps we may take legally for our posting at single location.. Please advice.

Dear Sir / Madam.
Place of posting of employees of a Bank remains at the sole discretion of the Bank Management. Please take note that there is no hard and fast rule that both husband and spouse should be posted in the same location,
