Legal Question in Employment Law in India

I work in a company in Bangalore, Peppermedia as Content Editor. I have been working in the company since April 7 2014. As per Job contract, "Probation is 6 months on probationary period. On Confirmation, there won't be any revision on salary". Termination Notice as mentioned is "This contract of employment is terminable by 1 month (30 days) notice on either side or on payment of one month (30 Days) salary in lieu of notice by the company and either party is not bound to give any reason therefore." But I was told leave the company on 22 Dec 2014 by the end of the month. What should I do?

Dear Sir / Madam,

If the Company has informed you on 30.11.2014 to quit the job on 22.12.2014, the Company has to pay you salary for the 8 days short notice period given to you.
