Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I used to work for an IT company , I signed a two year contract bond. I worked there for almost 9 months and I quit. Now they have sent a notice saying that there is a hearing in november and I have to pay 2,00,000 rs as mentioned in the bond

Dear Sir / Madam,
An employment or service bond of any form or nature is deemed bonded labour and being against the principle of natural justice is illegal and a criminal offence. You remain liable to pay and settle the notice period amount to the Company, if the notice period post resignation was not served by you.
