Legal Question in Employment Law in India

I work with IBM India and few months ago or Service Delivery Manager wrote all our team members mail that Our Jobs are secure and they are committed to absorb 100 % of our team mates Internally within IBM Internal Mission. Now I have been sent to redployment and they are stating that they will terminate me within 1 month.

I feel that its Misleading and deceptive conduct since our project got transitioned else where so that time just to avoid attrition My manager wrote that mail and since all got abosrbed and he is trying to take revenge with me since he does not get well along with me. Please advise.

All you can do is to file a suit for damages if you feel your would be termination will be done with malafide motives. you may send them a notice thru an advocate. You cannot ask for reinstatement as contracts of employment cannot be specifically enforced. You may drop in a detailed query at [email protected]
