Legal Question in Employment Law in India

I work in an institution where they prepare students for IIT.I'm working there for 3 months. My total salary is 12500 from which 2500 get deducted for pf and esi and 2000 for security till 5 months. I get in hand 8000. Director took my sign on terms that if I leave office before 1 year I'll not be given my security and I'll not be allowed to work in that city within that year. I went office before time and all cabins were locked so I was listening to songs for that reason they fired me. I want my pf esi security and salary . what steps should I take? They have not given me papers on which I have signed. Please help me

you have to contact to labour commissioner, then you have to file case to labour court
