Legal Question in Employment Law in India

I work with a nationalised bank as manager.i am posted in a branch 18 km away from home .recently concieved and my obstrician put me on bed rest for 3 months and now asked me to keep traveling and physical activities minimal.as such i requested my employer for temprary transfer.instead of placing me to a near by branch they issued orders for a even farther branch.zonal manager harrased me due to pregnancy and asking for reversion.and exploiting me on the ground of little mistakes done by me due to lack of knowledge while sanctioning some loans.plz guide me
