Dear Sir / Madam,
"No Company has a future. Only you have a future." The day you leave the Company is the day you are absolved of all your duties and responsibilities in that Company.
Regards,
Sir
Since you lodged the Compliant on and for behalf of the Company and in the Name of the Company, you do not have any personal liability attached with the Individual Cases. After you resign from the company, you do not have to attend those cases, and the company will have to make necessary application with the court for substitution of their another legal representative us/ 340 of Cr.P.C.
Additionally, if the company do not make any arrangement, then also you do not have to pursue those cases, in absence of any representations, the cases will be dismissed for default.
Do not be bothered that if the cases are dismissed, then the accused or defendant of such cases will sue your compensation or malicious prosecution. The liability will be of the Company and no you. As you acted in capacity as the officer of the Company, for the Company and in name of the Company.
Feel free to contact should you have any question
