Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I work in one of Pvt ltd company in India, my company has told me that they will pay me a salary of 8000 but paid me only 6000 from past 14 months, can I file a case for get my arrears back?

Dear Sir / Madam,
Please first request the Company in writing to provide you details of deduction of Rs. 2,000/- per month for the past 14 months and justify total short payment of Rs. 28,000/- Please do not file a case against the Company till you receive a reply in writing with detail of deductions. Thereafter, if you are not convinced or you are still displeased, write a representation addressed to the Ministry of Employment and Public Welfare, New Delhi for the attention of Ms Smriti Irani. Repost query if you do not receive a reply in writing from the concerned Ministry.
