Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I work as a sales manager with one company since last 9 years which is 100% subsidiary of one MNC I'm a permanant employee.
Despite of having reasonably good performance, my bosses are pressurizing me to resign from my post by giving some or the other flimsy reasons.
Also there are no kind of any charge sheets,complaints against me.
Is in mandatory on company's part to issue me written letter/notice for termination of my services with valid reasons ?
In such case whcih would be approrpiate court where I can approach for a justice ?
Also does our labour laws are also applicable to MNCs ?

Yes, it is mandatory on the part of the Company to terminate your services, if they do not wish that you should work in the Company anymore;
You can file your grievances with the local Labour Commissioner.
