I have worked with a company of duration 4 Years and 10 Months, so can you please tell me, am i eligible for gratuity?

Dear Sir / Madam,
Entitlement of Gratuity is on completion of 5 years service. Although you have not completed the required tenure, the Company can waive the shortfall of 2 months as an exception and grant you the Gratuity.
