Legal Question in Employment Law in India

I had worked with a company who had gave me offer letter mentioning some other name that the actual company exists. After working for almost more than a month, there was no appointment letter issued by them as well. Salary disbursement was getting done not before 20th of the month. Due to these i left the company on 28th Jan 2016 on same day reliving (immediate effect. I had handed over official sim & laptop as well. NO DUES form has also been filled up, get signed from respective departments & submitted to HR. Now its 20th Jan and till date i had not got my due salary for last month cleared. I am sending them mail for update also, but there is no response. Please suggest what legally can be done in order to recover my salary for the days i worked.

Dear Sir / Madam,

Since the name of the Company mentioned on the Offer Letter differs from the Company you were actually posted to and working there, the Company that has issued you the Offer Letter remains legally liable to settle all your dues. You should go and personally meet the MD / Owner of the Company and sort out the matter. If they fail to pay up and settle your dues within 3 (three) working days of your meeting, it is advisable and recommended to report the matter to the local Police.

Regards,
