Legal Question in Employment Law in India

i was worked in company whose name is roto power project pvt ltd.

and query is that i was trying to got my appointment\joining letter but they are always negotible,after all i resigned the company without any notice period coz i dont know about company policy,coz i have not any joining letter,whom i know abt company policy,so now company would not like to give me my full and final and also my PF,

so pls help me what do i do

Dear Sir / Madam,

You have not mentioned how many days or month(s) you worked in the Company without an appointment letter. If you do not have any proof that you were working for the Company ... and from your query, you don't know anything, so if you don't know your job, then where is the question of the Company paying you salary and your PF ? Please give full detail in your query, so that I can properly advice and guide you further.
