Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Hi, i worked for a firm as HR where the management failed to pay our salaries after couple of months.. and all the employees started calling me for salaries and when i questioned the same to management they have cut my CUG sim and company id without my knowlegde..however i recovered mail and questioned management on same and asked to credit salary and told will seek labor law if not paid..but our MD cleverly made me sign on a document along with thumb impression and gave me cheque which account is inactive..now am worried about the content by which he may make suffer please advice

You should file a representation with the Ministry of Employment & Social Welfare, Economic Affairs Wing, New Delhi for the attention of Smt. Smriti Irani.
