worked in mnc 32year -last salary incres 2008 -to 2013 no incres
as agriment rule 18-2p transfer eligible
benifit-incres-pay- but stop all benifit
vrs-paid dec'13 -last salary dec'2008-
so loss me 30 lacs - advise for as id act-demand as legaly eligible this

Dear Sir / Madam,
In case you were not convinced with the VRS settlement, you should not have accepted any monies from the Company and you should have lodged a recovery suit against the Company. If you have already accepted the VRS settlement and if you have accepted the amount paid to you in full and final settlement and signed thereof, you cannot do anything now.
