I worked in noida based company, my posting at chennai, from the month of joining itself i faced lot of problems in getting salary, but still i not get my salary for past august month, nobody attending my call,

well you may ask for salary in writing for the company to take notice of non payment. If there is a pattern, you may resign and can claim your salary by filing a case against the company
