Legal Question in Employment Law in
I worked in an organisation in Bangalore from 2003/OCt to 2005/Jun. When I resigned that company, I couldnt get my Relieving letter.After 5 years, Now these are required to process my H1B visa.
I already had a lot of discussion with my previous organisation but they are still delaying the process.Is there a law where I can face this Leagally and get these Letters.

legal civil process would take longer. Try to get a criminal case regisitered. that the company has cheated in as much as initially at the time of appointed they had promised to give the relieving letter which they are denying. It is cheating and breach of trust
