Legal Question in Employment Law in

I worked with an organisation for 1 year. If you want to leave that organisation, you have to give 2 months notice period but appointment letter says you if notice period not served, you have to pay 2 months basic salary. I have just served 6 days of notice period and consequently 54 days basic salary got deducted and remaining amount I received as Full and Finall cheque. Now company is not providing me my Relieving and experience letter says as I have not served my notice period, they will not provide, please advice
