I have worked in a private school as a teacher for two years according to they contract signed with me after that contract was extended for another two years signed by me as they mention in their contract if I leave the scholl in between contract period they will not give me experience certificate security and balance salary except I got any govt. regular job as after three months of extension of my contract I got another job under ssa on contract basis so given them my resignation and join the ssa job but the school denied to give experience certificate security and balance of salary as I break their contract also there was not mention any notice period. to leave the job so some one suggested me to write a letter to school board that they r not giving me experience certificate I do that now school has send me a letter they said I have shown wrong facts to higher; authority so they will start a defamation case against me or I apologies to all my addresses now suggest what is write for me also in extended contracti signed on 10000 rs salary but they gave me only 8000

Dear Sir / Madam,
Do not be afraid that the school board will commence a defamation case against you simply because you have rendered service for two years three months continuously, and it's obvious that you will require a change to progress in your career path. You should check with the nature of deductions and retention of Rs. 2,000/- from your monthly salary whether it is towards your contribution for PF, Gratuity, etc.
