Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I worked in a private sector last month they dismiss me by saying that am disturbed and cant do my work properly but what the reason said by them is not true they send me out bcoz we planned to ask for bonua and they also collecting pf 12% from us and company share 12% is also collected from us in name of EPF so inorder to stop us asking about this they want to show their power and they send me out so that other workers will not open their mouth about this, so sir pls help me wat i have to do whether i can file a case on them for this? and when i gone to collect my final settlement they not allowed me in reception also they given my settlement amount near the slipper stand which is near to gate i felt very sad even they don't know how to treat an ex-employee, like this they doing lots of illegal activities they giving over time, if i work on sundays they giving compensatory off after a 1 or 2 months after completing their all work when no work is there, only i cant take compensatory off
