Legal Question in Employment Law in India
i was worked as a staff nurse in delhi three year after that I had to give twenty four resignation due to personal circumstances, so i was not given any experience certificate for my tenure. now I have requested Batra to issue my certificate. unfortunately they refused to issue the experience certificate.
