Legal Question in Employment Law in
i am working in ahmedabad. and as per my current company 3 months notice is required to be given. I can serve for a max of 1 month and leaving the organization by just saying that this is my last day of working.I am also ready to pay the notice pay but company is denying to take it. What are the laws for it or what should i do?

you may send the two months notice pay to the company's registered address by demand draft and stop coming.
