Legal Question in Employment Law in India

Hi. I am working as Assistant professor in a

private college affilated to kashmir university. My

appointment was done by kashmir university

selection comitte for this particular college. My

appointment is on 30 july 2011 and joining date

is 6 aug 2011. My probation period was fr 2 year which is abt to finish in few days. It seems that

colg authorities want to terminate me as they r

stating some fake rules etc. So basicaly my

question is can the colg authorities terminate me

withot any reason as my conduct has been good

so far?they dnt want to terminate me coz of my performance bt becoz they get contractual faculty n hav to pay they less. So plz i want to kno on wat ground i can get terminated Can they produce some fake reports to university etc. Plz sugest what shud i do?

Dear Sir / Madam,

You should continue giving your best to the teaching profession and rely upon the Principal and be assured that the college Principal will never submit fake reports of your performance to the University and you will be treated on merit at par with your fellow lecturers / professors.
