Legal Question in Employment Law in India

Hi. I am working as Assistant professor in a private college affilated to kashmir university. My appointment was done by kashmir university selection comitte for this particular college. My appointment is on 30 july 2011 and joining date is 6 aug 2011. My probation period was fr 2 year which is abt to finish in few days. It seems that colg authorities want to terminate me as they r stating some fake rules etc. So basicaly my question is can the colg authorities terminate me withot any reason as my conduct has been good so far? Can they produce some fake reports to university etc. Plz sugest what shud i do?

Dear Sir / Madam,

Your probation period ends on 05.08.2013 and rather than worry that your service is going to be terminated by the Management, you should look forward to ways and means of enhancing your teaching skills such that it becomes easier and simpler for students to understand the topics you are teaching. You should study further and do your PhD or doctorate. (Reply No. 544-July, 2013).
