Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I was working for a BPO in Mumbai and was sick for a few days. I kept my reporting manager in loop by calling him and sendin him a message for all the days except one for which he has terminated me stating that I should have informed him for that one day also and also they have only paid a part I my salary. What should I do?
