Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Hi.. Im currently working with a BPO n have resigned.. I have been asked to serve 1 month notice period however I have 25 days paid leave balance. Can we adjust these leave in notice period ?

Dear Sir / Madam,
Yes, if the terms and conditions of your service do not specifically prohibit such adjustment of earned leave against notice period.
