Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I was working as clerk in a bank. 2 months ago without informing the bank i joined a course by manipal university which will make me an officer in bank of baroda after completing the course after one year from now.after joining the course i realised that it is better than job so now i wrote a letter to my present bank resigning it.but they somehow came to know about it that i have joined any
course without informing .what should i do now?

Dear Sir / Madam,
Your education and academic courses to enhance your skill sets is more important and will fetch you better returns in the longer run. So if you have already resigned from the Bank, stick to that decision and concentrate on completion of the course with distinction.
