Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I am working in a community development project for last 32 years which is running under the control of a christian diocese which is registered as company act with the sponsorship of a foreign agency. Now I am retiring. Am I eligible for gratuity?

Dear Madam / Sir,
You will have to rely on the terms and conditions of your Appointment Letter if it is registered as a Non Government Organisation (NGO) in India for your Gratuity entitlement since it also has a foreign agency involved in it's Management.
