Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I am working for a company named ABSAS Solutions Pvt. Ltd.(U80904DL2011PTC212972). While offing the job in the offer letter they have not mentioned any clause regarding notice period.
Now while I am wanting to leave the job they are forcefully restricting me through saying that I have to serve one month notice period other wise my salary will not be released.
Please help me through providing information that is there any province in which the company can act like this.

Dear Sir / Madam,
You have not mentioned whether the Company has given you an Appointment Letter on joining them. If yes, you should check whether the clause regarding serving one month's notice period is contained therein. If there is a clause in the Appointment Letter, you will have to abide by it and serve a month's notice period in the Company. If not, you are at will to leave the Company as and when you please to. In such an event, the Company is liable to pay you your full and final settlement till your last working date in the Company.
Regards,
