Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I am working for a company named ABSAS Solutions Pvt. Ltd.(U80904DL2011PTC212972). While offing the job in the offer letter(Printed) they have not mentioned any clause regarding notice period. Currently I am in probation period. No joining letter has been provided till date.
Now while I am wanting to leave the job they are forcefully restricting me through saying that I have to serve one month notice period other wise my salary will not be released.
Please help me through providing information that is there any province in which the company can act like this.
