Legal Question in Employment Law in India

I am working in a company on probation. It is not mentioned in my offer letter what notice I should give to resign. It is mentioned that the company can give 15 days notice to terminate an employee on probation. On the other hand, permanent employees have to give 30 days notice or 30 days notice pay to resign. Can I leave giving 15 notice pay even if the company disagrees?
