Legal Question in Employment Law in India

Hello

I am working with a company. I am not getting my salary from last 3 months. When i ask for the salary i get excuses and next date only. And also when i joined the company the company said for different kinds of perks, but didn't get anyone. Please advice me for getting my salary

Dear Sir / Madam,

You should immediately look out for another job. As regards your pending salary and perks. you should inform the Company that they are "cheating" you and that you will pursue necessary action in case they do not pay your overdue salary and monthly salary regularly. if the Company ignores your salary request letter, lodging a Police complaint (Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code) is advisable and recommended.

1) In which State, industry u r working, designation whether workman or officer,

T&C of appointment etc required.

2) Consult local labor law expert lawyer and file ALC case if u r covered or WP in HC.
