Legal Question in Employment Law in India

Hi, I had been working with company. Suddenly one day they said company is shutting down and you all had to resign and they got our resignation. I want to mention I was 7 month pregnant. Is this legal or is there any action I can take against then?

Dear Madam / Sir,

Yes. An employment agreement contract remains terminable by either party. Legal action not advisable and not recommended.

1) It depends on T&C of ur employment order. Any deviation can be contested.

2) If u r a workman as defined, u being pregnant woman can claim certain relief

depending upon ur designation, the industry where u worked.
