Legal Question in Employment Law in United Arab Emirates

I am working for emirates airline as finance supervisor from last 2 months on dubai visa on unlimited contract, i am having graduation degree from pakistan.i wish to resign and join another company. i need to know about ban automatic or etc. My company will not ask for ban as i get HR confirmation from them.
