Legal Question in Employment Law in United Arab Emirates

I am working for emirates airline from last 2 months as finance supervisor, on Dubai visa and on unlimited contract. I am graduate from Pakistan. I wish to resign and join another company. I need to know any ban automatic or any other ban will impose on me.
