Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I was was working in a good organization for 12 + years ,last year may I came accross an oppurtunity and after series of discussion with HR & CEO and after understanding there future biz plan , I join the organization on July 14 ...But to my surprise after joining organization I came to know organization is in a big loss and they dont have money to pay salary as well and they have not paid salary to employee for 4-5 months ...and what ever plan they shared with me were fake . I left the organization in month of November 14 after working for close to five months ...out of 5 months they have not paid salary for 4 months ...since november 14 till date I am struggling to get right job .....I am continuously following up with them but no result till date ,need your advice how to get clear my pending dues also want to give them a message as they had cheated me and beacuse of them my career took U turn

Dear Sir / Madam,
You may inform the Company to pay up and settle your salary dues within the next 7 days failing which you initiate Police action. If the Company fails to pay up and settle your dues, you may straightaway lodge a Police complaint against the Company for "cheating" (Section 420 of Indian Penal Code).
