Legal Question in Employment Law in United Arab Emirates

I am working in a hotel in dubai. My probation is 6 months, however, my boss forgot to discuss with me if i pass or fail the probation. Hence, i have been working for more than 7 months..no confirmation letter was given. was i confirmed for thr emplyment automatically? Can the company terminate the employment now? will they be able to terminate me?

Since your probation period of six months is over, you are deemed to be a confirmed employee of the Company.
