Legal Question in Employment Law in
I am working with a Human Resource Firm as a sr.consultant. My employer had with held my pay check, saying that you had not performed or acheived targets. Can he have the right to do that?, My agreemnts talks about fixed pay and variable pay. Fixed paid monthly and variable on acheiving business. Can I sue him. I am from Mumbai- India

Yes you have case to fight upon. the employer can not go beyond the written agreement/ contract betwen you and him.
You should consult a lawyer for the said purpose
