Legal Question in Employment Law in India

I am working in IKYA , delhi .

I joined this company in 1 may 2015, they told me that he email me my offer letter within 15 days.

But till one month company didnt give offer letter and now said that wait for 15 more days..

After that they also didn't gave salary to me and one of my team mates.

And now he send me msg through whatsapp that i am terminated from IKYA.

Plz suggest me what i will do??

How do i file a case in labour court ??

Dear Sir / Madam,

Tell IKYA to pay up your salary dues immediately within 3 days, else straightaway go and lodge a Police case for 'cheating' against the Company in the local Police Station.
